Segunda sessão, primeira a decorrer no Porto, do Kant Reading Group, organizado por António Marques, João Lemos e Susana Cadilha (IFILNOVA) e Sofia Miguens, Paulo Tunhas, João Silva e Manuela Teles (IF/UP).
Esta sessão acontecerá no dia 19 de julho (sexta-feira), às 15h00, na Sala do Departamento de Filosofia (Torre B - Piso 1), da Faculdade de Letras da Universidade do Porto, e será conduzida pelo Prof. António Marques (IFILNOVA).

Second session, first in Porto, of the Kant Reading Group: Prof. António Marques (IFILNOVA) presents and calls for discussion the paper “Kant against the Animals” by Christine M. Korsgaard (in Fellow Creatures: our obligations to the other animals, Oxford: Oxford University Press, 2018, pp. 97-130). The session will take place at the Department of Philosophy, at 15h.
The Kant Reading Group focuses on reading, presenting, and discussing texts that foster reflection on the contemporary nature of Kant’s thought, namely in the sphere of political and moral philosophy and always in connection with other domains, such as aesthetics.
Sessions take place monthly and are held at IFILNOVA, Lisbon, and at IF, Porto.
